President Gianni Zonin honoured with Premio Leonardo

Gianni Zonin, President of Casa Vinicola Zonin, received the Leonardo Award today in Rome. During the ceremony at the Quirinale Palace, the President of the Republic of Italy, Giorgio Napolitano, presented this honour to Gianni Zonin in the presence of the Deputy Minister for Economic Growth, Carlo Calenda, the Vice President of Confindustria Diana Bracco, the Chairman of ICE, the Italian institute for foreign trade, Riccardo Monti, and the President of the Leonardo Award, Luisa Todini.

Instituted in 1993, the Leonardo Award is an annual prize for entrepreneurs who have significantly contributed towards establishing and consolidating the image of “Made in Italy” around the world. Prior to Gianni Zonin, others who have won this award include fashion designers Laura Biagiotti and Giorgio Armani, oncologist Umberto Veronesi, architect Renzo Piano, and FIAT President Giovanni Agnelli. 

Considered one of the most important entrepreneurs in the Italian wine industry, Gianni Zonin previously won the Leonardo Quality Award in 2000.

Bodega Luigi Bosca is very pleased to announce that Luigi Bosca has been recognized, by CEOP Consulting and Ambito Financiero newspaper, among the 100 companies with best image. CEOP study places Luigi Bosca number 98 among 200 brands. The Ranking of "Premios Prestigio" is based on the top of mind of executives from different companies through a structured survey. Among the wineries we are in second place very close to Chandon and before Rutini and Catena Zapata.

This recognition to Luigi Bosca adds to the excellent positioning Luigi Bosca had last year, ranking number 50 among the "100 companies with best image in Argentina", conducted by SEL Consulting for Apertura magazine every year. In this case, the study is based on a survey to businessmen and consulting companies through quantitative and qualitative analysis. Luigi Bosca climbed up 104 positions compared to 2012.

This is the result of the effort fromeveryone at Luigi Bosca, a company that has 100 years and continues being a pioneer in the wine industry.
